The problem with climate change is that  there is ann assumption that the market will fill the niche with a profitable technological solution for a problem which is multifaceted.

Big Tech, industry and the economy are in business as usual mode. Oil remains the main driver of the global economy and while there ia a transition to solar it is not replacing oil, it is displacing it fueling further growth in some regions. 

The more CO2 & other Green House Gases (GHG) we emit the worse things will get and any notions of reversal will become harder as we cross tipping points.

Climate Chaos Is Here

If there was a master plan we woukd know what risks we face. First of all the pre industrial climate was the Goldilocks climate niche for Agriculture. Why Goldilocks? Because it was just right for about 8-10,000 years. With coal, oil, deforestation and industrial mass production we have changed our relationship with the planet and nature.

Without HAARP we have geo-ebgineered a new climate.

If we have lost the Goldilocks climate niche for agriculture then our ability to grow food at scale os diminishing. If that is what we already know then why is Dr Gail Bradbrook asking what we are going to do when the supermarket shelves are empty. These kinds of questions indicate that this hasnt been thought through. The late Trystan Sykes would call this maladaptive. We can adapt to most things apart from exteme heat and no food, water or breathable air. So what can we do to assemble a master plan?

Some people will make you beleive that this is the evil UN agenda to kill us all off. Thats a Tea Party Maga conspiracy because agende 21 was the 1st recommendation to emerge from the Rio 1992 Earth Summit.

It was a driver for commuity action.

Instead of a master plan for action we have AI slop used to advertise new age psuedo spirituality weekend retreats.

CLIMATE CHAOS IS THE DEATH MACHINE OF THE CAPITALIST DEATH-CULT.

It presents us with a multitude of problems:

Flooding & pluvial rains.

Sea level rise

Global Rising temperatures

Localised wet bulb temperatures 

Ferocious storms

Agricultural collapse

Anyone asking what we are gong to eat when the supermarkets are empty has not addressed any of the points I make here. This civilisation is in collapse and many of us have been talking and planning for it for decades.

While there might not be a master plan, communities can plan together through pooled and individual/household resources. No government has a rescue plan. What the UK Environment Agency won't tell you is that the flooding coasts and low lying areas are going to be abandoned. If you live in East Anglia, or any other low lying area of the UK its time to  leave.

A Master Resilience Plan

"Dystopian Survivalism" the intended insult from Manda Scott, extremely triggered by my critique of the idea of an AI Shamanic Eldering Tool. Remember new age shaman spend minimal time in nature- "sit under a tree and ask it what it wants" is the sum-total of connection to nature. The rant included some racist assumptions. This doesnt surprise me. But anyone I talk to about the idea of AI being used to mediate human shamanic experience think its a joke.

Survival skills teach resilience, because in a changing climate we need all the skills we can get. The woods are not just where we recharge our batteries. Coppices are cut in rotations lastin 1-15 years, not mussing 2 generations- but some Shamanic practitioners will take their followers on "shamanic journey" visualisation meditations and tell them "coppice last cut in the time of our grandparents" because foe them connection to the land is visualised, they donet live it in the way indigenous shaman did.

Connection to the land and countryside, rivers lakes and the sea, beyond ritualised connection is part of the master plan.

1, Learn Survival Skills: emergency shelter construction; foraging staple foods; water purification without gadgets; All kinds of fire ignition, under all conditions

Rainwater harvesting.

Get/share an allotment.

6, understanding wet bulb temperatures

A Combination of heat & humidity lead to killer temperatures atmospheric conditions where water saturation means you cannot cool through sweating. It doesn't matter how hydrated you are, these conditions kill.

A PEP is for anyone made homeless by a climate related event. Pre plan where to go: friends/neighbours/relatives/hotel.

Although it is an invasive species in Hawaii. In the UK, it is one of many native wetland species, and it's an important plant for carbon capture. The annual biomass output from Typha is phenomenal. We could be cleaning our rivers and capturing CO2 into a plant that fills the cells within its leaves with CO2 and pressurises it.  HIGH CARBON DIOXIDE CONCENTRATIONS IN AERENCHYMA OF TYPHA LATIFOLIA Of course, this is more nuanced, but there is potential to capture CO2 in much higher concentrations than just the biomass.
