Community & Society, the processes which help us plan for collapse: from which a land based spirituality would likely emerge

Gemeinschaft and Gesellschaft, generally translated as "community and society", are categories which were used by the German sociologist Ferdinand Tönnies in order to categorize social relationships into two types. The Gesellschaft is associated with modern society and rational self-interest, which weakens the traditional bonds of family and local community that typify the Gemeinschaft. 

The traditional bonds of family and local community that typify the Gemeinschaft are how we attempt to survive climate and ocershoot driven collapse. Overshoot, climate chaos, rising temperatures and agricultural failure are the primary drivers of this civilisations collapse. Societal breakdown happens as a result of these collective macro-crisis.

Fascism, and the spread of fascist ideas among the working classes who have been abandoned by the Left and feel alientated by the intellectual science driven climate change theories are weaponised by the Oligarchs. The Oligarch press has always held a position to manipulte the masses. They have manipulated them to target and other one group or anonther. In 1930s Germany, it was Jews, Asians, Blacks, Gypsies, anarchists, disabled, autistic and anyone the Nazis didn't like.  Today its not much different.

Fascism today however is more obviously the realm of grifters, internal conflicts are played out publicly on social media. This is the world of publicly asking "who agrees with me?" While having to repeat that everone has the right to an opinion. Mainly because people with offensive ideas seem to constantly need to say its freedom of speech while telling us the angry Lefty women with blue hair are the problem.

Prepping and the Far-Right. "Far-Right? Far-Right? Whats Far-Right? I hear some urban preparedness YouTuber crowing like one of so many cocks on their own dung heap. If you think Patriotism, the Union flag, racism and white supremacy are the same thing? That is Far-Right. If you think polish food is exotic when you live in Manchester where there is exotic food from every country. Lol, thats funny. But I know you werent joking.

The prepper genre on YouTube used to be skills based, now its the alternative news desk, conspiracy theories, fake news, AI slop, small children presenting foraging content and their dads toxic mysogenistuc comments to people who think he is exploiting nature and his children. Prepping is comical infotainment as this civilisation collapses due to anthropogenic climate change and they are still talking about EMPs and surviving MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction). Because for the larger Survivalism, Bushcraft and prepping community to talk about anthropogenic climate change would mean vreaking rank, possbly facing ridicule, because denial is easier and lazy.

There are very few survivalists tackiling the climate change death machine.

Understanding Climate Denial

There are many flavours of denial, but the denial about carbon is above most ridiculous. It is a refusal to understand that burning fossil fuels has changed the climate in ways that HAARP or chemtrails never could have. The carbon removal climate denial theory is a brainfart.

Any prepper who tells you that climate change is BS is not worth listening to.

The One Skillset No One Wants From Indigenous People, & The Skillset of Survival Skills

Although it is an invasive species in Hawaii. In the UK, it is one of many native wetland species, and it's an important plant for carbon capture. The annual biomass output from Typha is phenomenal. We could be cleaning our rivers and capturing CO2 into a plant that fills the cells within its leaves with CO2 and pressurises it.  HIGH CARBON DIOXIDE CONCENTRATIONS IN AERENCHYMA OF TYPHA LATIFOLIA Of course, this is more nuanced, but there is potential to capture CO2 in much higher concentrations than just the biomass.
